Terms & Conditions

These terms explain how booking a private tour with Morocco Tours works. We keep them deliberately simple and fair — our aim is a clear, no-surprises relationship from your first enquiry to your last goodbye.

Quotes & booking

Every tour is private and tailor-made, so we quote each trip individually based on your dates, group size and chosen accommodation. A booking is confirmed once you approve the itinerary and quote in writing. You pay no deposit until your itinerary is approved, and the balance is settled as agreed before or at the start of your trip.

Changes & cancellations

Plans change, and we are flexible. Tell us as early as possible if you need to adjust dates, numbers or the route and we will do our best to accommodate you. Cancellation terms depend on the accommodation and services already reserved on your behalf; we will always set these out clearly in writing before you commit.

What's included

Each tour page lists exactly what is included and excluded. Unless stated otherwise, prices cover private transport, fuel, your driver-guide and the accommodation and activities specified. International flights, travel insurance, most lunches, monument entry fees and personal spending are not included.

Travel insurance & responsibilities

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation and belongings. You are responsible for valid travel documents and for following your guide's advice on safety. Morocco Tours is not liable for delays or changes caused by events beyond our control, such as weather, road conditions or force majeure, though we will always help find the best alternative.
